Staff Backend Engineer
What we're looking for
- 100% Fluent English (C1/C2 level mandatory for daily syncs with US team). - 5+ years of backend development with C# / .NET (version 8 or 9). - Strong production experience with AWS Serverless architecture (Lambda, API Gateway, SAM/CDK, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch). - Advanced server-side Stripe integration experience (custom billing logic, multi-tier shift counting, webhooks, invoice items). - Solid relational database design using Entity Framework Core (EF Core). - Hands-on experience with server-to-server integrations (Firebase Admin SDK, OAuth2). - Strict Git/GitHub PR discipline and security practices. - Immediate availability for a short-term, high-autonomy project.
Nice to have
- Experience in HealthTech, HIPAA compliance, or workforce/shift scheduling platforms. - Direct experience integrating Checkr background check APIs.
