1. Who we are
Hire Impulse LLC (Wyoming, USA), which operates HireImpulse and Impulse LATAM, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: privacidad@hireimpulse.com.
2. What data we collect
If you are a candidate or join our Talent Pool: name, email, phone, country, current job title, previous company, CV, skills, industries, English level, years of experience, salary expectation, availability, links (for example LinkedIn or portfolio), message and answers to process questions.
If you are a company: contact details, company name and the roles you post.
Technical data: the country estimated from your connection, only to prevent abuse, with security tools such as Cloudflare Turnstile.
3. What we use your data for
a) To manage your application or your inclusion in the Talent Pool.
b) To evaluate your profile against the requirements of open roles, with the help of artificial intelligence tools. Today a person on our team reviews the results. If in the future any decision is based only on automated analysis, we will tell you and you will be able to ask for a human review.
c) To contact you about selection processes.
d) To share your profile with companies when you apply to their role, or when we propose you for a role that fits your profile.
e) If you agree separately, to email you roles that match your profile.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Basis for processing
Your consent. You can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing it does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.
5. Who we share it with
With the companies that post the roles you apply to or that we propose you for. Also with providers that help us operate (hosting and database, email, automation, security and artificial intelligence tools), which may only use the data to provide the service to us.
6. Where it is stored
On servers located in the United States. If you live in Peru or another country, your data is transferred to the U.S. when you use this site.
7. How long we keep it
While your profile is active and up to 12 months after your last activity. After that we delete or anonymize it, unless we must keep it because of a legal obligation. You can ask for deletion earlier.
8. Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, deletion, objection and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent. You can unsubscribe from our emails with one click, and ask for your data to be deleted on the page /privacy/request or by writing to privacidad@hireimpulse.com.
9. Security
We store CVs in private storage and limit access by company and role. No system is completely secure.
10. Minors
This site is not directed to people under 18.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
