Use HireImpulse responsibly, protect candidate information, and keep your account details accurate. AI may assist in evaluating applications. Candidates consent to the retention of their CVs and may contact us about their data.

1. Using the platform

HireImpulse connects companies and candidates and provides tools for managing recruitment. Use the platform only for lawful hiring and career-related activities.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and keep your details current. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Notify us of unauthorized access.

3. Candidate data and CV retention

Candidate information is used to manage applications and assess suitability for roles. CVs are kept with the candidate's consent. Companies must treat candidate data confidentially and use it only for recruitment. Candidates may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of their information or to withdraw consent.

4. AI Screening Policy

Candidates may be automatically evaluated against the role requirements using AI. Candidates who do not meet the minimum requirements may be declined automatically with a generic email. AI evaluations can be incomplete or inaccurate and do not replace independent hiring judgment. Contact us with questions about an evaluation or your data.

5. Acceptable use

Do not submit false or unlawful content, discriminate unlawfully, share candidate information without authorization, send spam, or interfere with the platform's security. Access may be restricted for misuse.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HireImpulse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Companies remain responsible for their hiring decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
